Shipping address verification
It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide a correct shipping address for order delivery.
An incomplete and/or invalid shipping address can result in the package being sent back to us. In such a case, you will have to pay the return shipping fee; and, if the order has to be reshipped, you will also have to pay additional shipping fees. If you decide to cancel your order when the package has been returned to us, we will deduct the shipping charge(s) incurred from the refund amount.
What are my shipping charges?
We know shipping costs can be a little crazy. That’s why we offer flat rate standard shipping for only $4.95 for 35 countries, and free express shipping if you order over $69. and we offer flat rate standard shipping for only $9.95 for 6 countries.
For the rest of the world, we have a flat Express shipping rate of $89 and (We will try to provide fast and free shipping after the end of the Corona pandemic).
When will my in stock order ship?
We try to be as speedy as possible when processing your orders! so it can take 1-8 business days to process and ship your order as long as it is in stock. You will receive an email once it has been shipped.
When will my pre-order ship?
If you placed an order as a “pre-order” when items are out of stock – your order will ship 2-4 weeks from the time you placed your order. We are working around the clock to get as many hijabs dyed as fast as we can, but we can only work so fast! As soon as we get our raw goods delivered to us, we start dying them right away. We have seen a very high demand for our hijabs and magnets and we cannot thank you enough for the support – but please bear with us as we navigate how to do this quickly and smoothly! We appreciate your patience.
Will I have to pay duties and custom fees?
International orders, may be subject to duties and customs fees. The delivery agent will collect these fees when your order is delivered. These fees will be covered by you, as the customer. For more information – contact your local customs office.
I want my order ASAP. How long will it take to get my order?
If you need your order delivered as soon as possible, you can opt to pay for express shipping. We will ship your order via a courier service to deliver it to you faster (like Dhl or Fedex or UPS). Otherwise, the estimated delivery dates provided are only an approximation, and actual delivery times can be longer due to factors outside of our control. We do not accept any responsibility resulting from any delays caused during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We absolutely do! We want everyone in the world to be wearing Nova Hijabs.

How can I calculate shipping?
No need to calculate! We offer a flat rate shipping rate for North America and the rest of the world. If you prefer to have your package faster than standard shipping (if you live internationally) you may opt to pay express shipping to get it faster!
How long will it take to receive my package?
Egypt & Gulf Countries – Usually you can receive your order within 10 days up to 20 days
But if you are in a hurry, you can choose express shipping for an extra fee. Your order will arrive within a week.
