RETURNS POLICY

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products & Customer service.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before placing your order.

Since we buy and provide your items specifically for you, According to your personal taste, the color you prefer, & the size you request.

We can Only Accept Return If you received ( wrong item / different size / damaged item /defected item / missing parts ).

 

You may return it and ask for REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another item within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return :

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items must have all original tags attached.
  • Item received is ( wrong item / different size / damaged item /defected item / missing parts ).

You can return your product for store creditdifferent product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To complete your return, we require

  • Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Item photos / video
  • A copy of the packing slip
  • Order confirmation email screenshot

Our Team will process your request within 48 hours
If your Return Request is accepted we will ask you to send your return item to the physical address provided to you via email.
Once your return is received, we will issue your refund.

 

REFUNDS

Send your return to address provided to you via email.. Otherwise, the order will lose the refund service.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

  • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 10 days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
